At House of Enira, we deliver lasting leathers and functional designs, handmade in Italy. Our policy is clear and embodies what you see is what you get.


 

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Compliant)

We offer a 14-calendar-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This period, known as the "cooling-off period" for EU consumers, allows you to return your order for any reason and without justification.

Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, dustbag if included and in its original packaging.

  • Proof: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Starting a Return (The Secure Process)

  1. Request: Contact us at contact@houseofenira.com to start a return.

  2. The Label: Once your request is accepted, we will immediately email you a return shipping label and instructions.
    Benefit: We require you to use this pre-arranged label. This system ensures optimal security and traceability of the product, protecting your return from the moment it leaves your hands.

  3. Shipment: Items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal.


3. Costs & Refunds

  • Cost Transparency: In line with our policy that the consumer pays for the return shipping, the cost of the prepaid label we provide will be calculated based on the carrier rate for your specific location and will be deducted directly from your final refund amount.

  • Refund Execution: We will refund the price of the goods, you have paid for using the same payment method you used.
    Your refund process begins the moment the carrier confirms shipment via our tracked label. We guarantee the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

  • Deduction: The variable cost of the provided return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

  • Timeline: Once approved, allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@houseofenira.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Why the Urgency? Immediate notification is essential for us to promptly file a claim with the carrier or manufacturer and initiate the fastest possible resolution for you (repair, replacement, or refund). Waiting may delay our ability to investigate and resolve the issue under the carrier's insurance policy.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalised items.

 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
