At House of Enira, we believe in transparency and efficiency. Whether your item is ready to ship or being crafted specially for you in Italy, we ensure it reaches you securely.
All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in The Netherlands.

1. Processing Times
In-Stock Items We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

Dispatch: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days.
Made-to-Order Items (The Italian Craft) For items that are crafted specifically for you, patience is part of the luxury.

Production Lead Time: Production in Italy generally takes 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the artisan's schedule and the availability of specific leather hides.

Quality Control: Once crafted, the goods are transported to our Netherlands warehouse for a final inspection and sorting before being shipped to you.

Note: While we aim for the 3-6 week window, these timelines are estimates. We will keep you informed if production is faster or if unforeseen delays occur.
2. Delivery Estimates & Couriers
We work with trusted courier partners—PostNL, DPD, and DHL—to ensure your package arrives safely.

Estimated Transit Time: Once the package leaves our warehouse, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on the destination country and carrier capacity.

Tracking: As soon as your order is scanned by the courier, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

4. Shipping Costs

Calculated at Checkout: Shipping rates vary, based on your delivery country and package weight. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Payment: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-EU Orders)
For orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (specifically Norway and Switzerland):

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Our prices DO NOT include local import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Your Responsibility: You, the customer, are the importer of record and are responsible for paying any applicable fees to your local customs authority upon receipt.

Delays: Please be aware that customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
6. Delays and Updates
While we ensure your order leaves our warehouse on time, external courier delays can happen.
Any transit delays will be communicated directly via the tracking updates provided by the courier service. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link for the most up-to-date status.
